1. Scope of Architecture Services

Adil Systems delivers custom software engineering, Next.js web platforms, autonomous AI agents, and voice dispatch infrastructure. All project scopes, milestones, and delivery timelines are defined in written architecture statements of work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon final milestone settlement, the client retains 100% full commercial ownership of custom codebase, database schemas, and proprietary business logic developed for their system.
